Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love every piece from adaadapinkroom. If something is not quite right, please review our return policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 10 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Clothing must be free from perfume, makeup marks, deodorant stains, pet hair, or signs of wear. Bags and accessories must be returned with their original dust bags, protective packaging, and any included accessories. Shoes must be returned unworn, with clean soles, and placed inside their original shoe box. Please do not use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at adaadapinkroom@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a quality issue or fulfillment error, adaadapinkroom will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns that are not related to quality issues, wrong items, or damaged items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we will help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items
Customized or personalized items
Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and earrings
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or returned without original tags

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

adaadapinkroom reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
